We want to make sure that the best governance procedures are in place in all sport organisations from the tiniest local grassroot soccer  team in Victoria to the Canadian  Olympic ski team against any kind of harassment (sexual, racism, gender, etc). We want to research worldwide practices on salary equal payment and see how we can apply it to Canada.

We want to develop principle of international sport law best practices (lexsportiva) from Canada because we firmly believe that Canadian lawyers with their dual common law and civil law backgrounds are made for that!
